Payment Types & Currencies

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We do not accept Diners Club cards.

All transactions processed through our system will be made in the currency noted within the purchase pathway. Please note that additional Schwartz Media products will only be available for purchase by individuals who pay in Australian Dollars. 

Your debit or credit card will be charged when you complete your order. We will contact you before your order is shipped in the unlikely event of price discrepancies or unavailable items. 

 

Additional Fees 

The Jewish Quarterly will not charge any additional fees for your purchase; postage and packaging are included in the cost of your subscription. The Jewish Quarterly is not responsible for any transaction fees charged by your banking service provider.

 

Delivery Information

The Jewish Quarterly makes every practical effort to ensure fast delivery. This can range from 2 to 21 days. 

The Jewish Quarterly delivers to Australia and New Zealand via Australia Post. Please visit the Australia Post website for approximate delivery estimates. We deliver to the UK, USA, Europe and Rest of the World via Royal Mail. Please visit the Royal Mail help site for more information. 

Orders placed for items that are not in stock will be shipped upon arrival from our distributor. 

Once items are lodged with Royal Mail or Australia Post, JQ cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages. If you experience delays, first check with your local postal service provider. If you don’t receive your order within three weeks, please contact us

Please note that upsell copies (copies of the preceding issue) will be packaged and shipped with the first issue in your subscription package. For example, an individual who initiates their Print & Digital Subscription with issue 245, and adds issue 244 to their purchase, will receive 244 and 245 in the same package. 

 

How do I update my delivery address?

To update your delivery address for The Jewish Quarterly, please log in to your account or send an email to [email protected] with your name, old address and new address.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the delivery details are accurate. The Jewish Quarterly cannot be held responsible for orders that are not delivered due to the provision of incorrect address details.

By placing an order online, you agree not to hold The Jewish Quarterly liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.
